What does the company do well? The wonderful ability with which it counts to schedule appointments according to the time, day, or place that the client prefers, is also able to list my services or available days.
What does the company not do well? The lack of customer service that the system has. I also do not like the little capacity that the program has had to integrate with my company, or our style, so to speak.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How difficult it is to cancel appointments or schedule events after learning that I have situations to do. It takes me a long time and when I finally manage to do it it's too late.
