What does the company do well? Our company has always had OnDeck for years, because of its understandable use and also works with a speed that benefits and meets what we need.
What does the company not do well? We can not complain about OnDeck, it has always been very helpful and beneficial to our company after a long time. There are things that could be improved with respect to refunds.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The one that is not appropriate for all companies or workers and that should still improve at the time of making a refund, however, none of this has been harmful to us.
