What does the company do well?
I like how Nimble allows you to track who has and who hasn't opened your emails. The 'tag' feature also makes it easy for us to reach out to particular people at certain times
What does the company not do well?
The only issue I have with Nimble is I wish there was an easier way to see all of your tags at once (there may be, if so, I haven't figured it out yet). My company has dozens of tags that we use to categorize our contacts, however in order to see all tags, you have to hit the "show more" tag, which makes it difficult to select more tag than once, rather them all being on one page. However, definitely a minor issue, as all of the pros of this CRM tool heavily outweigh this one con.
