What does the company do well?
it is easy to use and the application runs quite quickly for programming. You can send messages to customers from the application and their customer service is exceptional.
What does the company not do well?
sometimes there are strange errors in the application, such as not allowing me to block my agenda or changing the profiles of personnel to business. Often the business evolves some things stop being free. The notes are not saved separately.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We use MyTime from the beginning of our business and we have really been able to increase it to be able to study it thanks to the reports that the system executes, we are so satisfied that we do not see ourselves using anything different.
