What does the company do well?
Bookeo does nearly everything well. The price is amazing compared to many other booking software applications. I dont usually write reviews or endorse products but Bookeo is one exception. My clients all talk about how easy it is to book or change appointments on a PC or mobile phone. I like it as it integrates into my website and looks like a function of my own site, many applications take the clients to other websites to complete the bookings. The back end console is also easy and intuitive to operate. Bookeo also integrates into my Google Calendar. The Bookeo customer service and help desk has always been great.
What does the company not do well?
As happy as I am with Bookeo I would love the ability to customise my Bookeo receipts with my clinics header image. I have health fund provider numbers that should be on the receipt that my clients receive so I have to do some double handling by sending a clinic receipt later after the appointment. I would also like the ability to customise the reminder text messages that are sent out to my clients before their appointment. Some of my new clients would benefit from a map and directions to the clinic. If I could get both these options I would have given Bookeo 5 Stars for Overall Experience.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had of known about Bookeo before I spent lots of time researching the other booking applications. I was almost about to sign up to a $100p/month booking application and then almost by accident I found Bookeo.
