What does the company do well? They provide white-listing and reputation monitoring for your email IP addresses. This is critical to successful email marketing. Return Path's solutions are user-friendly, but most importantly they work! Anytime we've run into an issue with deliverability, we've been able to diagnose and problem-solve it using Return Path. Their staff is also very helpful and have been easy to contact whenever we need them.
What does the company not do well? They are sometimes behind in releasing the updated products or designs to clients who login to Return Path via an ESP rather than through a direct login. Also, we have been clients for a few years and have had to work with several different 'account leads' which is understandable, but can be slightly frustrating starting fresh relationships each time.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Nothing really. They are upfront with their product offerings and everything has been working to my expectations.
