What does the company do well?
The company has a great reporting function that allows us to track and report to senior executive anything from number of leads to the number of hires, to where our sourcing traffic comes from.
What does the company not do well?
Because we are in a different country than the majority of People Fluent's business, we find it very difficult to receive the level of customer service we are paying for. There is also a lot of turnover with their client representatives which makes it difficult for them to understand our business.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had know known that to make any changes to the formatting of the applicant tracking system is a fee. If we had left certain fields into the configuration and just hid them, we would not have to pay for as many changes.
