What does the company do well?
Customer service is great! Friendly people and accurate answers. The software also works very efficiently and does the job well.
What does the company not do well?
Needs incoming calling as well. When prospecting clients, they do often call back and that should be run through the system, not needed to be separately handled.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That incoming calls were not possible.
