What does the company do well?
It has good support and good initial training. Your customer service is very good, any update is easy to take care of and patient programming is very easy to do.
What does the company not do well?
I would like to see improvements in the programming view and accounting breakdowns and add electronic health history forms.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
In general, I am satisfied with the program and the support. It fits the way we handle our practice really well, it works in a practical way for our business.
