What does the company do well? is very intuitive and easy to use. The free version is excellent. However, if you invest a little money, you will have access to many fantastic features that enable you to customize the look and send automatic reminders and follow up emails to anyone after the appointment. If you book appointments with anyone to do anything, you need this software. It will change the way you schedule your work and your life. I don't know how I got along without it. Really!!!
What does the company not do well?
The only recommendation I have is that they add the freedom to extend the time to a booking engagement for various appointment profiles. Even when I suggested this slight modification to the program, Ben, the Customer Success Advisor (What a great title!) submitted my suggestion to the IT department for review without my asking. These guys are amazing!
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I am a business development consultant, and I have to book people for phone calls, meetings, and consultative engagements such as executive coaching and team development. enables me to do this with no hassles and avoid the costly and time-consuming problem of playing phone tag and email tag with clients to book an appointment.
