What does the company do well?
Not bad integration with Google services, I use Salesflare in conjunction with Gmail. The service keeps track of all your emails. The function that shows the stages of communication with the client is very important for our team, as it is immediately evident at what stage the solution of the client's problem. We have a lot of employees, so one person can start a conversation, and finish completely different.
What does the company not do well?
Quite a big price for a small company. Salesflare needs to add several payment plans, separately for large companies, separately for startups.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish i had such solution before.
