What does the company do well?
I can not imagine not using Yellow Schedule for scheduling my patient's appointments. Gone are the days of the telephone etiquette, with anxious people who wanted appointments, but had to wait for the call to return to schedule. People now have the ability to book 24/7 at their convenience.
What does the company not do well?
It would be nice if after confirming with the email reminder, the system did not send the text message as well. Once you have confirmed, there should be no additional reminders. Although I do not consider this as a threat or obstacle to my normal work.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
This product has helped me not to attend appointments with clients as it allows confirmations in advance. I really have no problem talking about at this time. Great software!
