What does the company do well? Close has made it super simple for me to handle all my daily task as an Account Executive. It allows me to essentially do everything I need to do within the platform without leaving. I have been on it for only around 4 months, but every week I'm finding ways to streamline my process to fit my needs. I originally was using Salesforce, but the UI in Close.io is 10x easier to use.
What does the company not do well? The only thing I'm not a fan of is the inbox. I wish that portion was a tad more streamlined then anything else. Although its good, I wish it had a feature that was similar to the inbox organizer Sortd. I like the idea of assigning emails as task, and this function would be implemented.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? If you have a relatively small sales team, do not use salesforce.
