What does the company do well? Return Path supplies a premium product, we used this primarily for monitoring our email DMARC reports.The system had a simple and easy to navigate user interface. I was regularly able to voice my opinion regarding their feature development or customization to suit my business's needs. I had regular catch ups with the account managers who were responsive to questions.
What does the company not do well? Being this was a premium provider, the pricing was relatively high compared to more bare bones providers - but for us implementing DMARC across a large organisation, the level of support provided as essential.
