What does the company do well? We have been very successful in having this program, its characteristics have been beneficial enough for our company because it has helped our workers.
What does the company not do well? We do not like to have to experience failures from time to time, although these are not a headache and we can fix them without technical assistance, we would prefer not to have to deal with them.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? That does not have a quick repair of casual failures, are of the type that any other program would experience, but considering that this program is the only one that we use in the workplace we would prefer that it had no failures.
