What does the company do well? I like customer support. Always helpful and I leave satisfied with the answers. The ease of use of this software is second to none. I have used other similar services, well known, and I have found it difficult to understand.
What does the company not do well? It could be a bit more intuitive and have some more software features. There are other mail services that have a little more detailed tools, but I'm sure Mailerlite will implement them as they go.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The limited number of templates makes it difficult to find a template for each campaign. Even the function of the landing page is not as powerful as other tools available in the market.
