What does the company do well?
We have encouraged our department's faculty to use this software so that students can reserve office hours remotely, and if the faculty member is sick or has to cancel it, they are notified. It also allows students to cancel remotely. This has worked well.
What does the company not do well?
I would prefer to pay for the updates individually. I do not need a complete package, but there are one or two elements that could be a little more helpful. Adding travel time automatically.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I would love a feature that allows me to "temporarily block time on without having to also block it on my calendar." Sometimes I need to avoid "automatic programming" but leave my calendar open for my staff to continue to schedule.
