What does the company do well? I love the customization of the software. I also love how many apps Zoho has that integrate easily with this software, like for example, Zoho recruit. Google integration is great because you can choose between one way and two way sync, but on the paid version only. THey are also going towards Googles' material design, which is excellent.
What does the company not do well? I dislike the bugs embedded into almost every part of it. Customer service is neutral. The mobile app crashes every now and then. Also, the mobile app doesn't always refresh on it's own. Most of the time, I need to manually download app data. This created an extra step for our agents in field, where the info is time critical. It also takes forever to set the whole CRM up, and onboarding was nearly a nightmare. It almost made sense to create a monthly budget just for onboarding and constant outside support for the software.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? Everything is importable and there are many ways to integrate Zoho CRM with other applications and services (Gmail, Office365 etc).
