What does the company do well?
Simple data update, excellent reporting system. The help is 5 stars. As mentioned above, I had a bit of friction in the transition to this system, and the help I received was quick and complete. They made the transition much easier in this way.
What does the company not do well?
I'm not sure I have any. A banking update seems to take a few days, but that is the Bank, not Xero. My other accounts are updated quickly and daily.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
This accounting software is very easy to use, everything you need to click or have a reminder or a note to decrease the error if the user is not an account. Best of all, they block the old account box so that the previous entry does not change.
