What does the company do well? I love the fact that I can easily train my team in the tools and functions within the zoho suite and I especially like zoho recruitment, which allows me to easily track my candidates.
What does the company not do well? Zoho's customer service can be delicate, although it offers the flexibility of both telephone and email. New Zoho users will find that there is a small learning curve to navigate the design and design of the Zoho interface.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I have been using this software as ATS for a couple of years now. I find it easy and the fact that it can be customized is great. Zoho are regularly updating the features. The Outlook link is excellent and allows quick uploading of candidates even in PDF.
