What does the company do well? I love the possibility of labeling entries with several labels. I try to be as hyper-organized as possible with the monitoring of time, because they inevitably ask me about the total hours dedicated to particular projects. Having Toggl is great, since I can simply run a quick report and instantly get the correct number.
What does the company not do well? It would be interesting to see more options for presenting information, perhaps based on a group of information, such as mental map structures with complex context data.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I wish it had been integrated into the Quickbooks integration. We record all our time entries in Quickbooks, but it would be great if Toggl did it automatically. Or even integrations with other software.
