What does the company do well? It helps to organize and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail and calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money.
What does the company not do well? They just added the multi-user function, so you can set a user as administrator and invite other members. But basically all users have the same permissions.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I really liked it, but it seems that it does not adapt to our workflow, where people are too motivated. We also missed some features, such as web form captures and email tracking that can be found in other solutions.
