What does the company do well?
I love it because it has a super price of software that attracted me the most. I also loved the fact that there may be voicemails since I can not answer the call at all times. What I thought was great
What does the company not do well?
Many times, the transcription of the voice mail does not match the caller's message, which can result in confusion, but if it does not make sense, you simply listen to it, the computer generated voice sounds robotic.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I would like an easy-to-use interface and advanced features. I would like a single sign-on when using several products within the brand, I would like to receive pay-per-call telephone calls and receive messages.
