What does the company do well? It has excellent customer service, easy to use and has been a great asset to our business. We have been using Bluepay for almost 3 years and are delighted with its reliability and ease of use.
What does the company not do well? The only negative point we have had with BluePay is to find applications that support it the way we need it. Our business is a bit unique, so a simple Quickbooks add-on does not solve the problem.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? They have very good and the best rates we can find. Trust me. We have purchased Your rates are really great. They have always been reliable, but when it comes to that, most people care about the rate.
