What does the company do well?
What I like most about this software is the ease of use: you can learn to use all the functions in a few minutes, the price: it is one of the best prices if you compare what this tool provides and the reliability.
What does the company not do well?
The least I like is the design of the calendar: if you have many accounts and many publications in 1 day, it is almost impossible to see the publications and, sometimes, the image that appears as a preview is not the same that was published.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I think something that the system could improve is to add more social network accounts, for example, I need to update the content of YouTube and I can not do it using Social Pilot. I also believe that the functionalities considered for professional membership should be broader: gifts, analytical features.
