What does the company do well?
The best thing about this software is that it is very easy to use. I am able to keep track of the clients, as well as the answers of the candidates. The entire recruitment process was streamlined.
What does the company not do well?
There is nothing that I do not like about this software, but sometimes it does not detect duplicate curriculums due to the updated contact information of the candidates.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
In the work order, you sometimes have two or three hiring managers you need to review a candidate for a department. And, it only allows you to enter an email contact in the work order.
