What does the company do well? The user interface for the administrator makes the task of setting up your routing system easy. They offer a phone consultation while setting it up so you know what functions do what, but after that you will be off setting up the system with ease. Our company uses Zoho CRM and Jive has an interface with them that automatically logs calls inside the CRM. We know why someone is calling before we answer, it's great.
What does the company not do well? The company doesn't get 5 stars on overall because there is no SMS support right now. Would like to see that it gets implemented and I'll give 5 stars.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? I did a lot of research before moving forward with them, nothing I wish I'd known.
