What does the company do well?
The entire team at SnapApp works together so well. From the BDRs who first contacted me and the sales team that worked with me to create the right package for my team to the post-sales and support teams, the transition was seamless. The interface is fairly easy to use and the APIs and integrations with Marketo and Hubspot are so easy. The entire experience was great and I'm a huge advocate for their interactive content platform! I do believe that interactive content helped us drive more engagement and conversions.
What does the company not do well?
My only gripe is that I wish there was an easier way to create a mobile-friendly version of the content. Having to rebuild things for desktop and mobile is tedious and time-consuming. However, the customer success team was more than happy to help us find ways to make it easier.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I don't have anything that I wish I'd known. I used this technology when I was with a different company and am looking forward to using it in my current role.
