What does the company do well?
The software works great. We've been able to track our conversions much better since using Callrail. Previously we would have to ask each new lead how they found us with Callrail all of that is tracked automatically. Conversion reporting to Google Analytics is a plus.
What does the company not do well?
Only thing that isn't 100% is notifications on the mobile app. But frankly, it would be annoying to get notified for every call so not a big deal. But don't offer it if it doesn't work 100%
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I had tried a few competitors. I just wish I found Callrail sooner.
