What does the company do well?
For call and form tracking, they can't be beat. It's extremely easy to set up and their reporting provides all of the information we need. Plus, their reporting is easy to integrating with our reporting.
What does the company not do well?
Have had issues with numbers that suddenly stopped working. Some support people are more helpful than others when it comes to this issue and others we've had.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wished that I would've found them sooner. Solid service, tried others, but it's still my favorite.
