What does the company do well?
I really like the online ability to log in as well as have patients and other users create their own accounts. We have multiple physicians in one office all using the same system. They also listen to their clients and change the software to be more useful and customization in order to do so.
What does the company not do well?
They actually listen to feedback from their customers so its really hard to say what they don't do well. I would say out of anything I
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I did not pick out the software but we did start using it early off, so I feel as though the functions have really developed.
