What does the company do well? I LOVE the customer support. Specifically the ability to do a live chat and get connected to someone instantly. EVERY TIME the rep has helped solve my problem and very quickly I may add.
What does the company not do well? If I have to choose something, I would say it took me a little while to navigate their online portal to change some settings for the forwarding, follow me options. Once I figured it out, it's easy now though.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? How easy it was to "take it with me". I wasn't sure about using a VOIP system but the fact that it is so portable and can use anywhere, it's a game changer!
