What does the company do well?
Simple and easy to use, plus the price is excellent compared to other CRM systems which offer similar or less functionality. Integration between all of the different systems has been wondrous, again simple to connect to 3rd party applications.
What does the company not do well?
Importing can be a little clunky with merging fields etc from other platforms or CSV files, apart from that it works really well.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
There isn't anything I would like to have known about the company before using the software. But maybe a video demonstrating how you can benefit using the CRM, the setup processes and how to technical develop the software to meet your needs.
