What does the company do well?
This software works for us because first it run on SQL and that makes it compatible with many other software packages that can use the data in the ERP system like Sales Software and a Website. Its screens are customizable to fit your needs and security functions even down to the Tab order as you move through it. This is a corporate piece of software so it may be hard for novice users but has the functionality to grow as you do. As our Company has changed the way we do things this software has the ability to change with us. You can use all of it or just what you need to get started. It also has the ability to run a Test or Sandbox version of your database so you can test out new idea's to see if things work. I would like to see it include a single install of the Client instead of a 2 step process installing the original Client version then the newest update available. Epicor likes to run this as a Remote Desktop App but installing it locally seems to run better but requires more setup in the DB and on the Workstation.
What does the company not do well?
The Client can be slow at times and needs up to date hardware to run efficiently.
