What does the company do well?
Their free version simply can't be beat when it comes to ease of use, features available, and what you get. Teams up to 15 people can be up and running on Asana in under 5 minutes. Because their interface is intuitive and easy to use, there is a limited learning curve, which means that intergenerational teams won't struggle as much to adopt the tool.
What does the company not do well?
There isn't a calendar view on the free version (that I could find at least) and I would also say they should make it easy for you to add tasks to your own calendar if they aren't going to give that to you (i.e., integrate with iCal or google calendar)
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
They don't allow for multi-user logins, so if you are freelancer trying to use this with multiple clients, your work will be really difficult because you will have to sign in and out on your mobile phone and
