What does the company do well?
- Solutions first! When I contacted them it was all about how can we meet your needs and application - Pricing was very reasonable as a start up and very scalable. - North American support is been better than most I have dealt with and they will follow through. - Reliability has been very consistent
What does the company not do well?
There is some clunkiness in the mobile app that still needs to be worked out but it is still a solid feature.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That they are based on Colorado....I would have called them first and saved some time in my search.
