What does the company do well?
Account managers and Support are top notch, with very speedy and thorough responses. Working at such a large enterprise, it is usually a huge hassle to implement a new technology, especially with integrations into Marketo, but we were able to set up the sync in a single call and it has worked like a charm ever since. They have provided great resources and real-life examples, even presenting to our entire global marketing team, to help with onboarding and adoption.
What does the company not do well?
Hard to say... if ever we discover a limitation with the product, they honor our wishes for future development and either deliver on it, or help us find a suitable workaround. One example was that we had issues with screenshots for an interactive product tour appear blurry due to downscaling, so we had to take extra steps to update the code directly rather than using the builder.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
How awesome they are - I would have started sooner!
