What does the company do well? Instore POS' customer service is excellent! The few times that I had a problem figuring out reports or if an issue arose with the POS system, the response from their team is always consistent and on point.
What does the company not do well? There is sometimes issues syncing all the ipads with regards to employee clock in/clock out.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The fact that they are on the west coast.
