What does the company do well? The POS hardware is a nice unit, though we had clients who complained it would stick after a while of usage, and that customers cannot turn the device themselves.
What does the company not do well? Their user interface is very difficult to use when placed in comparison to other POS software. I would like to see simple design, more modern design, better workflow and easier access to settings.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? They do not make many updates to the system and thus, you are not likely to advance the software side of things very quickly. Also, there are limited apps to plug-in with your POS.
