What does the company do well? It is a simple, clean system that works very well. Too many RE CRM systems have shiny objects that distract the agent. Firepoint is very user friendly and our team could not be happier.
Firepoint's ease of use is something to consider when looking at all real estate software. We find our agents with less tech skill can navigate Firepoint easily. The task function within Firepoint is also a feature our task based support staff rave over.
What does the company not do well? I have not had a negative experience to report.
