What does the company do well?
First of all, Big Biller has a system of easy-to-follow training webinars. It has a good tracking tool for candidates, and for management of job interviews. It is easy to use to manage workflows and has excellent customer service
What does the company not do well?
Big Biller unfortunately does not have an internal management of human resources, nor any tool for onboarding. The notes field does not save drafts automatically, which generates little confidence. Big Biller is not compatible to integrate into Outlook
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
We would have loved to know about its price before. Big Biller offers an excellent first-time user package for $ 65 per month, and for each additional user added, the cost will increase only $ 30 annually.
