What does the company do well?
not one thing
What does the company not do well?
They steal your money, over charge, customer service is the worst, when you cancel it's a pain dealing with them, then they tell you they will take care of it and they don't, then collection agency start to call and you have to start all over again, then they put other peoples business in your name and now we're back to the customer service problem again!
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Everything I wrote in the previous box, that and they sneak you into a contract w/o you realizing,then it's nearly impossible to get things straight with them
