What does the company do well?
I've used Line2 for over a year and a half for my small business. I purchase anywhere from 5-10 different phone lines at any given time and find that the set up is super easy, and implementation is set it and forget it.
What does the company not do well?
Customer Service is brutal. Sent an email over a week ago; two follow ups in between, and no response. My email tracker shows they open them too which is laughable. Threatened to cancel, do a chargeback for what they keep charging and nothing. They're a sinking ship in my opinion; lots of better options out there for my business.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
That their customer service is so poor, and care little about their clients.
