What does the company do well?
Ease of access and customer service are by far the greatest attributes that Oracle Sieble provides.This product has always served my needs as well as my organization’s needs to the utmost perspective. An example of this that recently occurred is I had a new member join our team who has never used the Oracle Siebel program. After about a half hour of teaching them how to use it I was able to let them take over with only a few questions since then. This is a testament to the ease of access that I have previously noted. I really don’t have an instance that this program has not worked for me.
What does the company not do well?
The pricing option can be difficult to justify depending on the need of the system. This occurs mainly regarding the time line of need.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
The company has excellent customer service which makes my "wish I would have known" minimal and at the time I cannot think of anything. When issues/questions arose they are immediate in response time and clearing up any confusion.
