What does the company do well?
Timely do awesome salon (nails, hair, massage & beauty) booking software. The back end financial reporting and CRM capabilities of the software are a serious asset to any business using it.
What does the company not do well?
Group bookings are not the strongest part of this software. You can do them for sure, but they don’t work as seamlessly as the rest of the offering. Their mobile app lacks flexibility, and I found it didn’t do what I needed it to. I stuck to using the desktop version of the software.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
I wish I had known Timely was going to discontinue development of the group booking part of their offering. Development support and new features for group bookings have come to a close as at the end of 2108. As group bookings are a large part of my fitness business, I have since moved to another software solution.
