What does the company do well? The reason why I have been happy with PhoneWagon is because of the simplicity of the set-up process, the user friendliness of the software and the stellar customer service. The other providers that we have used dropped the ball in regards to customer service and PhoneWagon appears to be laser focused in this area. Overall I am very pleased with PhoneWagon and would not hesitate to recommend them.
What does the company not do well? I cannot think of anything that is negative at this time.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? They are a smaller company, but that is not a negative in my opinion.
