What does the company do well? In the beginning the software was hard to adjust to. However, phorest has been very helpful in adding new developments and continuing to update their software to keep up with how fast technology changes. One thing I love about the software is the ability to send reviews to my clients to follow up their visit. Also I love the info they send about how to campaign to get clients through the door. I wasn’t told upfront that every text message I sent was a separate charge so the unexpected fees caught me off guard. Regardless the more I learn about the software the more I love it!! The company has also excellent customer service skills and do a great job of training and educating!!
What does the company not do well? The beginning switch over was very tough. The program had a lot of hidden fees I wasn’t aware of and can be a bit pricey!
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? The hidden fees and not being able to have training on the program at anytime I wanted
