What does the company do well? Retain data and store it in one central location. A lot of information can be captured and shared amongst colleagues as well.
What does the company not do well? Make it user friendly. The system is very finicky and can take a long time to store one record. It is very repetitive and certain field are mandatory before you can save the data. There could be more training around it because the steps to save one entry is lengthy process and if information is not entered properly, it defeats the purpose.
