What does the company do well? The dashboard is well-suited to managing a number of client accounts, each with one or several numbers. Dynamic numbers are easy to set up and even easier to deploy on landing pages - the provided number swap script works well. The interface is clean and provides easy access to reporting and call records.
What does the company not do well? The greeting automation option sounds a little too robotic - it would be nice to have a larger set of options. This is not needed for most of our clients, but would be useful to provide for some.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using? PhoneWagon provides accurate attribution for SEM/SEO campaigns, and the integrations for websites (dynamic number swapping) and Google Ads are very straightforward to implement. The company is flexible on some pricing plan configurations depending on your organization's needs - for example, we were able to trade off fewer minutes for more numbers.
