What does the company do well?
Create product that's completely customizable to any company. It's open enough to configure your CRM, expenses, office map, PTO policy, and project management with just some basic dev work, and yet simple enough to be a complete CRM and Service product just out of the box. Permission management is also very easy to get granular with.
What does the company not do well?
It can be a little click heavy, and the navigation is a little clunky, but otherwise it's a great product. I don't like that their certifications are more something you get before using the product versus something when you're solidly familiar.
What do you wish you had known about the company before using?
Nothing springs to mind, thought a bit more information on any out of the box integrations would be helpful.
